Biotech company in the field of Deductive Genomics with (then) 140 employees. Partners included TVM (Germany), Schroder Ventures (UK), Sofinnova (France), Polaris Venture Partners (USA).

Head of Finance with additional responsibility for the portfolio Law and IT, Vice President of the US subsidiary.

Achievements:

  • Support fundraising 50M € (Europe’s largest financing round at the time), Investor Deutsche Bank AG
  • Establishment of U.S. subsidiary, contracts with corporate companies, preparing and establishing corporate structures
