Head of Finance with additional responsibility for the portfolio Law and IT, Vice President of the US subsidiary.

- Support fundraising 50M € (Europe’s largest financing round at the time), Investor Deutsche Bank AG
- Establishment of U.S. subsidiary, contracts with corporate companies, preparing and establishing corporate structures
